User ID consists of alphanumeric characters (ie. A-Z, a-z, 0-9) and/or a underscore '_'.

Password should contain at least 10 and at most 20 characters, at least one number (digit) and at least one uppercase/lowercase letter. The only allowed characters are all alphanumerics (A-Z, a-z, 0-9) and symbols !@$^,.=-+_#
